Finance Minister Palanivel Thiaga Rajan handed over prizes to meritorious students of BS Mootha Girls Senior Secondary School on the occasion of their 42nd annual day on Friday. The school held a cultural fiesta named “Zindagi Ka Kaleidoscope.” The Navarasa, or the nine emotions, were represented through different dance forms and dramatic acts. The invocation dance, “Shiv Thandav,” engrossed the audience, creating a pious and spiritual environment, the school said in a statement. Adarsh Pachera, Deputy Commissioner of Police, was the chief guest for the primary cultural extravaganza.
