CHENNAI: The 42nd annual day celebration of Shri B.S.Mootha Girls Senior Secondary School at West Mambalam in Chennai took place on 16th December 2022, in a grand manner with zeal and zest at a colourful event organized in Kalaivanar Arangam in Chennai, where the significant strides made by this school for students was highlighted since its inception in the year 1975.

Mr.P.T.R.Palanivel Thiyagarajan, Tamil Nadu Minister for Finance and Human Resources Management, who was the chief guest, had exhorted the schools and teachers to imbibe values also among the children along with excellent education so that they can serve the nation in an effective manner. Mr.J.Karunanithi, MLA, was the guest of honour.

School chairman Mr.Prakash.C.Sacheti, Managing Trustee Mr.L.Dharmichand Singhvi, secretary Mr.Vijay Kothari, correspondent Mr.Kishan Srisrimal Jain and Principal Mrs.Swarnalatha Gopalakrishnan were among those present along with management committee members of this school, a press release received today has informed.

Mr.Adarsh Pachera IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, was the chief guest for the primary cultural extravaganza ‘ Dreams to Vision’. The annual day of this school was a celebration of culture, art, creativity and talent where there were exhilarating moments for students, parents, teachers and to the school management thanks to the extravaganza of special shows witnessed at the 42nd annual day of B.S.Mootha Girls Senior Secondary School (West Mambalam in Chennai), on December 16th 2022, the press release added.
